D&B has FREE online recorded training Workshops. These Workshops effectively provide an excellent understanding of how to effectively use D&B Decisioning and Portfolio Management Tools. A variety RAM, GDM or eRAM Workshops have been developed to educate customers how to maximize the use of these powerful tools. These recorded sessions can be viewed anytime.

Who Should Attend These Workshops?

• Anyone who uses RAM, GDM or eRAM
• New users of D&B services
• Any user who would like a "refresher" on D&B's Decisioning and Portfolio Management tools

The Workshops last approximately one hour to complete and are facilitated by experienced D&B professionals with a practical knowledge of the credit and collections process. It is recommended to begin with the Introductory Workshop for the specific Risk Management Tool you are utilizing. After completing the first Introductory Workshop you will have enough basic information to participate within any of the remaining Workshops as soon as your schedule permits and in no particular order. Each subsequent Workshop delivers unique information, depending on which topic is addressed.
